Meet Christine Richardson - The Mastermind behind IcedGems Creations!

Christine Richardson, the proprietor and Master Baker of IcedGems, has been wow-ing friends and family for years, both in her native England and since moving to the Baltimore area more than 10 years ago.  During her years as the spouse of a 'foreign' worker, she had to content herself with catering informally due to work restrictions, thus the beneficiaries of her talent were friends as well as the attendees of many volunteer events.  Now Christine is free to broaden her fan base and delight the palates of customers at large!

An accomplished chef, she trained at the restaurant of TV chef Rick Stein in Devon, England, but found her passion was for dessert items.  Thus the focus of IcedGems is on dessert creations, especially Celebration Cakes, and their diminutive cousins of personal day by day celebration - the Cupcake!

IcedGems can be yours by stopping in at our bakery in Reisterstown, or by finding our unique IcedGems Vending Truck which travels throughout various locations in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. Order for your next event, celebration, or meeting!
